The data in AUXINFO is usually downloaded from
AUXDATA
each Sunday, but can be a day or two late. The
actual date of the download will be displayed at the
top of the report.
After running a report,
you will need to use your back button to return to
this website. You can go directly to
https://www.auxinfo.uscg.gov/ if you prefer to
create your own reports. You can view additional
reports in AUXDATA if you have a login.

Access Policy

When the reports open
they are large in a sideways to the right
direction and all members are not on the first page
(because of 100+ members in the Whittier Flotilla).
To get to your own name click the small
button on the far right side of the report, this
will open the next page. Continue clicking on the
small
until you get to the page with your name on it. The
button sends you to the last page and you can back
up to your name with the
button. Many of the reports also have vertical
movement, to see the corresponding up/down click on
the
button.
Many of these reports cover from 2002 to the
present. To see the data for a specific year click
on the down arrow next to the "All Years box" and
select the year you want to see.

Member Activities & Hours
When you

reported in 2006 and the Mission. To see
just your own hours and missions, scroll
across to your name and click on it. |

Member Awards
When you
click on the button to the right, it
will open to a page that shows all
Flotilla Members and the number of
Awards each has received. To see a
description of your individual awards do
the following:
1) Click the
down arrow in the "170-02-04
Whittier Flotilla" box on the top menu
line,
2) Click
on your name,
3) Click on
the down arrow in the "All Awards" box
on the top menu line and
4) Click on
"Nest Columns" at the bottom of the drop
down menu.
You will
then see a description of your awards
and the year received. |
